How do I know if you deliver to my building?

Enter your delivery address, and the buildings currently in our network will auto-populate in the text field.

I don’t see my building on the delivery list. How can I get my building signed up?

If your building address is not in our network, sign up and ask to be notified when we are delivering to you. The more people who sign up in your building, the quicker we will start delivering to you—so be sure to forward along to your friends! Can’t stand the wait? Order your lunch to a building nearby and pick-up from their lobby.

What type of food do you serve?

We believe there is no reason why it should be difficult to enjoy a delicious, healthy, and high-quality lunch. We partner with local restaurants, caterers, and food providers with a focus on local ingredients and sustainability. Our menu changes daily, featuring three items guaranteed to be yummy and nutritious.

Is there a minimum?

Nope! As long as your building is in our delivery network, you can order at any time.

I have a food allergy. How do I know what is in each dish?

We list every ingredient in each meal on the item description page. There are also icons that denote if an item is nut free, dairy free vegetarian, or vegan on the item description page for easy reference.

I don’t like tomatoes. Can I get my sandwich without them?

Sorry, we do not allow any substitutions.

Do I need to tip the delivery guy?

Nope! Tip and delivery are included at checkout and charged to your card.

Do you do corporate lunch catering?

We do! Email if you would like us to cater a team meeting, business presentation, or lunch for your entire office. We ask that you notify us at least 48 hours in advance so we can align on the final menu and get pricing approval.

Do you deliver dinner?

Right now we are just serving lunch, but we are considering dinner. If you are interested in Southfork for dinner, let us know by filling out this form. Your feedback is important!
